BLOOD BANK: Pictured are four members of the Honolulu Junior Chamber of Commerce, who are among the first to volunteer their blood toward the establishment of a blood bank for use in the event of a community disaster. The blood bank, sponsored by the public health committee of the Honolulu Chamber of Commerce, will be located at the emergency hospital. The local chapter of the American Red Cross will assist in the project by obtaining and classifying blood donors. Shown above, standing, left to right, are: Peter A. Hagens, Fred C. Barnett, Hart Wood, Jr. Sitting, R. Allen Watkins, Dr. John W. Devereux, manager of the bank, and John F. Gray, field director-secretary, American Red Cross.
