The photo was actually a Saipan Liberation Day (July 4, 1967) parade in which the Dr. Torres Hospital staff put together their government category float. To the far left is Dr. Morteria and thats me being attended by my mother, Margarita Seman. by Richard Seman (rbseman@gmail.com) at 2011-01-16 18:56:16
