"Indian Demonstrators, young and old, shouting anti-Communist slogans, gather outside the Tilah Bhawan building near New Delhi where the National council of the Communist Party of India was in session. Later the angry demonstrators burned Premier Chou En Lai in effigy. The demonstrators were protesting Chinese Communist incursions into Indian territory along their common border."
