FIRST LADY TO REGISTER: One of the first women to appear at a first aid station this morning was Mrs. Ingram M. Stainback, left, wife of the governor, who is affected by the general order requiring registration of all Hawaii women over 16. She is pictured receiving her questionnaire from Mrs. Jessamine K. Sill. Seventeen aid stations, open 24 hours a day, are distributing the occupational questionnaires. The forms are to be filled in during the week and then taken to registation centers which will be announced later in the week by the office of civillian defense.
