Dr. Grace's initial planned itinerary called for two stops in Lae, Papua New Guinea: one on September 20 and 21, 1955 and the other on September 25 through October 3, 1955. However, in total he spent one month longer than planned in Papua New Guinea, so the dates can only be used as rough estimates.
