From back of print: Pearl Harbor, Hawaii: Eighty pounds of batter went into this cake made in the shape of the Administration Building of the Naval Aviation Supply Depot here on the occasion of the celebration of the Navy Supply Corps' 150th Anniversary. More than 1400 pieces of the confection went to the workers and men of the Depot. Bakers responsible for the cake were C.A. Shaeffer, Baker Third Class, U.S. Naval Reserves, of Evansville, Indiana (front row, left); W.E. Phillips, Baker First Class, U.S. Naval Reserves, of Chuler, California (front row center); L. Brosten, Baker First Class, U.S. Naval Reserves, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (front row right); B.J. Anderson, Chief Commissary Steward, U.S. Navy, of Jamestown, North Dakota (rear row, second from right); and M.L. Carleton, Chief Commissary Steward, U.S. Navy, of Long Beach, California (rear row, right). They are shown with the station's commanding officer, Captain S.E. McCarty, Supply Corps, U.S. Navy, of Long Beach, California (rear row, left) and the station's Commissary Officer, Lieutenant T.L. Greenough, Supply Corps, U.S. Navy, of Coeur-D'Alene, Idaho.
