From back of print: Pearl Harbor, Hawaii - Holder of three championship belts in judo and jiu-jitsu, Clifford "Moose" Donalson of Honolulu is an expert on the underwater lifts at the Pearl Harbor Navy Yard. Donalson is a member of the Navy Yard's civilian diving crew, and his job is vital to the work of repairing battle-damaged ships of the Pacific Fleet. He has been diving for three years and like the other divers at the busy yard, his assignments are many in carrying out under-water repair and inspection.
