WINNING POSTER ARTIST: Here is Edward P.S. Loo, 21, member of the Hawaii Territorial Guard, with the poster which he prepared and which will be used in advertising the forthcoming United National Review, army benefit show. His poster won first prise in a recent contest. Mr. Loo was graduated from McKinley high school in 1938 and since then has been specializing in advertising and display poster and art work. The posters were printed by The Star-Bulletin.
