TERRITORIAL MOTORS DONATES OLD TIRES: Here are some of the hundreds of tires donated by Territorial Motors, Ltd. to the salvage rubber drive, being checked off by Willis Miller of the firm, as they start on their way to the government "rubber pool" here. This load is one of many, comprising several tons of tires unfit for further service, being hauled from the company's recapping plant to the huge rubber dump on Ala Moana. This is part of Hawaii's response to the naional rubber salvage drive.
