HONOR WAR DEAD: Solemn pontifical mass of requiem was celebrated Monday in commemoration of those who lost their lives during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. In the picture at the left the Most Rev. James J. Sweeney, Catholic bishop of Honolulu and celebrant at the mass, is shown as he spoke to the mainland over facilities of the National Broadcasting Co. At the right is the altar erected in Block Arena, naval housing area. At extreme right is Lt. Charles Cameron, MC, USNR, who directed the Aiea naval hospital choir which furnished music during the mass.
