Description

Woman in ti leaf skirt and lei, dancing hula on grassy lawn. Several musicians and dancers are arranged in a line behind lead dancer. Coconut trees, a low concrete sea wall and ocean are visible in the background. Also visible on periphery of photo is a poi pounding board and several hats arranged on the grass. Location unknown. 11.5 x 7 cm, horizontal, circa 1930s-1950s.
