Description

Taken from the sidewalk on the Diamond Head side of Bishop Street facing makai towards Honolulu Harbor. There is a large ship docked at the harbor with approximately eight cars parked in front of the ship. There are three more cars parked along Bishop Street in the background and the front part of a car in motion (on the right of the picture) moving through the intersection. A man is in motion to cross the intersecting street heading makai towards the harbor. On the left is the front or side entrance to a building that has ti leaf plants growing on both sides of the entrance. Coconut trees are planted along Bishop Street and at the corner of the intersection (three trees). In the background is a multi-story building with a smoke stack or vent on the left and across the street are two other buildings that are one and two stories tall. 11.5 x 7 cm (4.5 x 2.75 inches) horizontal
