Description

"Cedric" standing on a platform and looking through a surveying device, mounted on a tripod. Presumably checking to make sure the "mast" is vertical. Four other workman are visible, pulling on a large cable (possibly to adjust the "plumb" of the mast). Exact O?ahu location unknown. 6 x 10 cm, vertical, circa early 1900s.
