Description of the associated story (see Is Part Of): A story about Teru, the daughter of a moneylender named Kanbei who oppresses the villagers. After the reunion with her former lover, a painter named Michikage, and following parting, Teru resoleves to become a Kannon (the Goddess of Mercy) reasoning that if her father is a demon, she must be the one to save them.
