A cityscape in the background and starry sky above. Ink and acrylic or gouache on lined paper. Inscribed "To Sandy + Dorothy" in pencil, top margin. "Happy New Year" in black pen across the bottom of the image. Signed and dated "from Isami N.Y. 1930" in pencil, bottom margin.
