Kaizawa mentions three Takarazuka actors in Kaizawa Interview June 29, 2000, but unsure if these are the same actors:

Kaizawa Interview June 29, 2000: You know, different angles. We used to go to Osaka. At that time these were the three up-and-coming Takarazuka (宝塚) stars, Awashima Chikage (淡島千景), Kuji Asami (久慈あさみ), and Minami Yūko (南悠子).
