It is the speech given by Kim, Il-sŏng, 1912-1994 at the executive council of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army on February, 27th, 1936. In the speech, he said about three subjects. First, he argued the way to progress the Korean People's Revolutionary Army to Han peninsula. Second, he said about how to extend the union movement against Japan. Lastly, he mentioned forming the Marxism–Leninism party.
