This is a commentary on Kim Il-sung's work "Che 1-ch'a 5-kaenyŏn kyehoek ŭl sŏngkwajŏk ŭro suhaeng hagi wihayŏ". This is a speech delivered at the Representatives' Meeting of the Workers' Party of Korea on March 6, 1958.
